  Documentation and Registration as a Tool for Quality Health in Federal Medical Centre, Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria

  Introduction: Healthcare facilities have existed for a long time with the responsibility of providing care to patients, which is often documented. Aim: To determine documentation and registration as a tool for quality health in Federal Medical Centre, Owo. Methods: The research design employed in this study is a descriptive survey design. The total enumeration sampling technique was used because the population of the focused group is manageable. In all, seventy-three (73) respondents were recruited for this study and a response rate of 100% was achieved. The data were analyzed using both inferential and descriptive statistics using frequency distribution tables and simple percentages, mean, and standard deviation with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.
