Acute Aortic Syndrome (AAS) is a life-threatening condition. This review covers important issues about clinical features, classification, epidemiology, diagnostic and therapeutic strategy for these patients. The role of the aorta code, aorta team and aorta centers has been highlighted in the management of these patients to improve clinical outcomes.
