Wu Fu Yuan

Biography

He is a Professor of Geology and Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.  He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Geology from Changchun College of Geology, China in the year 1987-1990. He is a graduated from Changchun College of Geology, China in the year1980-1984 with an immediate post-graduation from Changchun College of Geology, China in the year 1984-1987. He is serving as a Professor for 13 years in Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a Professor, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests, as a Professor lie in Granite petrogenesis and crustal evolution, Mantle magmatism and craton destruction, Sr-Nd-Hf-Os isotopic tracers and their applications in geodynamics. As a Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
