Biography
My research can be summarized as: the petrochemistry of ore deposits and its constraints on geodynamic evolution and crustal growth. The precise time and the origin of ore-forming mineralization are the two of the most effective factors in unraveling ore genesis. However, most hydrothermal ore deposits formed at a relatively low temperature (<300oC) and contain very few suitable minerals for radiometric dating. Therefore, my current research interest is focused towards understanding the precise time of formation of different types of ore deposits.
