Biography
 Bisen is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and is interested in the interface of medicine and psychiatry.  Some of his interests are addiction, suicide, and neuropsychiatric disorders, specifically focusing on evidence based psychiatric care in a general hospital.  He is also interested in economics of healthcare, specifically sustainable healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.
