Biography
Dr. Patella has a degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1991 at the University of Naples, and has subsequently specialized in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 1996 at the same university. From 1991 to 1998 he worked as a medical assistant at the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (Director: Prof. Gianni Marone) within the Faculty of Medicine of the University Federico II of Naples. Between 1993 and 1994 he was a guest of the Medical Division of Clinical Immunology and Allergy of the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore (USA). In the period between 1998 and 2000 was then Medical Manager level at the Division of Allergy and Immunology Clinic Hospital of Caserta, while from 2000 to 2005 has played this role at the Department of Internal Medicine of the 'ASL SA / 3 (Salerno). And 'Head of the Centre for the Treatment of Allergic diseases and immunological serious ASL Salerno, based at the Hospital Santa Maria della Speranza Battipaglia.
