Biography

Dr. Vikas Mittal is currently the Department Deputy Chair and an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Petroleum Institute (PI) in Abu Dhabi.His main research interest is in the areas of Polymer Membranes for Gas Separations, Anti-Corrosion Coatings, Polymer Processing and Nanotechnology and Graphene based Nanomaterials. Most of these interests are oriented towards applications for oil and gas industry.Dr. Mittal has published more than 80 articles in renowned refereed journals and conference proceedings. He has also delivered several keynote and invited presentations in international conferences.
