Biography
Udaya Sankar K is a Chief Scientist at Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru, India. He has awarded with a Ph.D degree in food science from University of Mysore, indiain 1991. Before that He had done his Master of science in Chemistry from Andhra university in1973.His research focus on the areas of food Processing, thermal properties of foods, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, nutraceuticals, bioactive compounds, extraction of vanilla from pods, tocopherol concentrates from DOD. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
