Sumantra Sarathi Biswas is a Researcher in Centre for the Study of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Sumantra international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  Sumantra  research interests as a Researcher reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
