Biography

Prof. Emad Sabry Shaker has received his PhD in Minia Univ. & UCD California USA University during the period of 1990-94, he is working as a full Professor in Minia University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as professor for biochemistry. His research has included many international research paper and some international conferences. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as scholarship in USA and twice post doctoral grant in Ireland. He /she is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like & expert Reviewers for journals like Food Science and Technology / LWT Agricultural Chemistry & Environment Protection Society, Agric. Chem. Dept., Ain Shams Univ. Molecules Journal College of Agriculture, Minia Univ. offers me the chance to review paper for their meeting on 2010, Minia.
