Biography
Prof. Song received her BSc in 1984 from Northeast Forestry University in the field of Forest Protection. In 1987 Prof. Song finished her MSc of Forest Pathology from Northeast Forestry University in Harbin. Then, was employed as teacher at the university for years. She finished her PhD in 1993, Dr. Song continued her teaching profession at Northeast Forestry University. She got her professorship title in September, 2004. Prof. Song hosted and finished more than ten research projects with the Chinese government awards in the field of mycology and fungal exploiting such as toxic mushrooms, mycorrhizal fungi and wood degradation fungi. Currently, Prof. Song was acting as Vice Director of Forest Pathological Society of China. Prof. Song published about 40 scientific papers in Chinese and international journals.
