Biography
Pavel OTÃ
ËÍSAL was born on the 28th of January 1972 in Ústí nad Orlicí, Czech Republic. He is a soldier, joined the army in 1986. His current rank is a Lieutenant-Colonel. He had been graduated from the Military College of Ground Forces before he started his military carrier in 1994. Firstly, he had been working as a company commander, then he was a deputy of the chief of staff of the training battalion and then he was promoted to the position of a chief of the training group of the training battalion Secondly, in 1997 he had to move to Vyškov garrison. He had occupied a lot of various positions here before he won a selection procedure in October 2005. Thirdly, from that time he have been working as a special assistant at the NBC defence institute of the University of Defence in Brno. However, his working place is Vyškov garrison. He was graduated from the professional educated programme of Public Realtions at the Institute of Law and Legal Sciences in Prague. As a teacher he is responsible for education of military students in a branch of CBRN defence (CBRN stands for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) and chemical support and furthermore in some courses concerning the branch mentioned above. Moreover, He is responsible for leading students during their work on their thesis. Partially he took part in education of students in further education related to either civilian students or soldiers during their courses. Meanwhile, He had been writing not only articles to the magazines but also some contributions to the various conferences related to the Czech Army chemical corpse topics. He was interested in a share of chemical units as a part of Integrated Rescue System. In the scientific work he elaborate problems concerning special protective abilities in the area of possible contamination not only with Chemical Warfare Agents but also with Toxic Industrial Materials.
