Patrick Gillet

Biography

Oceanographer, university professor, he teaches ecology at the Faculty of Sciences of the Catholic University of the West of Angers , France . He was director of the Institute of Biology and Applied Ecology (from 1985 to 2002) then Vice-Rector in charge of academic life and research (from 2002 to 2009). Responsible for international relations with Africa and the Middle East, he participated in the European Water Facility program with UNESCO on the Niger River in Mali .
