Biography
Dr Oliverio Welsh-Lozano was born on December 17, 1939, at Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, México.He completed his studies as a surgeon and midwife at the Medical School of the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL) from 1956 to 1962.Dr Welsh-Lozano worked as a tenured undergraduate and postgraduate lecturer of the Dermatology Service beginning in 1969 and of the Medical Microbiology technical-practical course beginning in 1972. International League of Dermatological Societies; and the Colegio Iberolatinoamericano de Dermatologia (CILAD) award.
