Biography
Nicole Wake, is the Director of the 3D Imaging Lab at Montefiore Medical Center, an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and an Adjunct Instructor of Radiology at NYU Langone Health. She specializes in creating 3D images from radiological imaging data. Specifically, she has coupled MRI data with a range of 3D printing, and virtual reality technologies to create individualized anatomically precise anatomic models. She is currently the Secretary for the Radiological Society of North America 3D Printing Special Interest Group and is actively involved in the North American reimbursement efforts for 3D printing in hospitals.
