    The Man Whose Fetish Object is Ejaculate: A Case Report

    Fetishism is a form of paraphilia, a disorder that is characterized by recurrent, intense, sexual urges and sexually arousing fantasies generally non-living objects or a highly specific focus on non-genital body parts. While any object may become a fetish, the distinguishing feature is its connection with sex or sexual gratification. Focus in fetishism is on sexual objects closely related to the human body (shoes, gloves, stockings, slippers, etc.). This case chooses the human ejaculate different from those objects used often. Moreover, he cannot help himself from spreading it, which is bought from young men, on his genital area.
