Biography
He is a research associate in school of food science and technology, state key laboratory of food science and technology, Jiangnan University, China. He has awarded with a Ph.D degree in food science and technology from Jiangnan University, China in 2015. Before that he completed M.Sc in food engineering from University of Gezira, Sudan in 2008. His experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different events for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. His area of expertise, as a research associate credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
