Dr Minati is an eminent researcher. Currently she is working at Cardiothoracic Sciences Centre, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. Her research interests are in the field of Perioperative management of adult and congenital cardiac -thoracic-vascular surgical patients, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, novel biomarkers of organ injury, cardiac genomics, cardiac critical care, safety and quality improvement projects in the field as well as medical education
