Biography

Zhiguo Meng (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in geophysics from Jilin University, Changchun, China. He worked as a Visiting Scholar with the University of California, Santa Barbara, CA, USA. He is currently a Professor with the College of Geoexploration Science and Technology, Jilin University. He has authored or coauthored more than 80 scientific papers. His research interests include the application and development of microwave remote sensing technology in planetary science, primarily the microwave measurement of the lunar regolith.
