Maritha Snyman

Biography

Maritha Snyman is an Professor, Department of Information Science in University of Pretoria - South Africa. She is working as a Associate Professor Unisa and also for Unisa as professor from October 2014 – Present (1 year 4 months) in Department of Information Science,Study leader of Post graduate students and Research in user and reception studies, reading behaviour and children's literature. She finished her education in BA- University of Pretoria Afrikaans literature (Hons) - University of Pretoria MA Afrikaans literature - University of Pretoria D Litt (Literature and film studies) - University of Pretoria. Maritha Snyman talks about the conference, which, by bringing people together, has led to opportunities that could be fundamentally important in the development of the African continent.
