Biography
She was awarded PhD in Food Science from the University of São Paulo (1988).Degree in Engineering and Food Technology from the Federal University of Viçosa (1978), Master of Agricultural Microbiology, Federal University of Viçosa (1982). He is currently a professor at the Federal University of Viçosa. He has experience in Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on Food Microbiology, acting on the following topics: microbiological quality of food, Listeria monocytogenes, psychrotrophic in dairy products, minimal processing and quorum sensing in Gram-negative bacteria.
