Biography
Manoj K. Mishra's lab at ASU is investigating the role of TGF beta and regulatory T cells (TR) in prostate cancer development and clearance using prostate cancer cell lines derived from the transgenic mouse for prostate cancer (TRAMP). The TRAMP C1 and C2 are tumorigenic while TRAMP C3 fails to form tumors when inoculated in C57/B6 mice. Additionally, Manoj is also investigating how to increase the efficacy of pharmacological compounds or drugs to target tumors.
