Biography
He is a Scientist with multiple degrees covering many aspects of drug-development and pharmacovigilance, and over 10 years of real hands-on drug-safety experience across all drug-development phases.He has managed various drug/process risks/operational issues in several therapy areas including global submission filing/strategy in the EU and US, for drugs and biologics. He worked in Central drug-safety in 4 global companies and underwent several audits/inspections, including GMP. Through these roles in various therapeutic areas,He have been using 'Big Data' well before the term was coined (and patient registries) to devise global Risk-Management strategies, reporting to Regulators, or support portfolio decisions. Being passionate about system-creation and process-improvements, He successfully worked with creative groups to provide novel Pharmacovigilance solutions and thus acquired strong experiences in systems/database implementation and design (including UATs). I helped developing Health 2.0 London Chapter during its infancy and stayed as a full-time member thereafter to offer my experience to motivated innovators. He has an expertise in record-management/compliance systems in a consulting-type capacity too. He has led and managed change and process-roll-out in global environments as well as centralisation activities.
Research Interest
interests include healthcare-data utilisation and IT innovation applied to drug-safety.
 Being multi-lingual I travelled extensively; and having seen various economic and logistical disparities, I'm particularly interested in the opportunities in Emerging Markets.
