Biography
He is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food and Industrial Microbiology. His primary interest is Extraction of edible oil from seed and different sources by mechanical and solvent methods, Analysis of chemical Properties of oil, instrumental study HPLC, GC, TLC, NMR, Spectrophotometer, encapsulation of essential oil and its use in food products, spray drying, legume and oilseed processing, cosmetics and confectionary, Quality Control, assurance and certification and Food additives. He has work experience of around 3.5 years in academics different sports and cultural activities.
