Biography

John is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2016. John’s practice focuses primarily on patent and trade secret litigation, representing companies in the automobile, autonomous vehicle, cloud computing, online banking, mobile app, medical device, video streaming and semiconductor industries. In addition, John also has experience litigating other commercial disputes both in court and in arbitration. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and served as a federal judicial clerk in the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
