Biography

Dr. Olin is a Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Director of Vascular Medicine and the Vascular Diagnostic Laboratory at Mount Sinai Heart. Dr. Olin is an internationally recognized expert in Vascular Medicine and has been at the forefront of establishing Vascular Medicine as a distinct subspecialty of Cardiovascular Medicine. He is past Chair of the Interdisciplinary working group on peripheral vascular disease for the American Heart Association. He is on the task force for development of performance measures in various cardiovascular diseases for the ACC and AHA.
