Biography
Dr. İhsan Bakir graduated from the English department of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1993 and received the title of medical doctor. He completed his specialization in cardiovascular surgery from Istanbul University Cardiology Institute in 2002. He started the Aortic and Mitral heart valve replacement attempt at the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital, which is a state hospital, by entering the inguinal artery and vein without cutting the 'sternum' bone. His Heart Transplant permit application, which he made to the Ministry of Health in 2013, was approved in 2014.
