Dr.Shanti Kumar G.Gupta is a currently working as a Director of Government Institute of Forensic Science,India.He received his doctorate  from  University of Pune.He completed his Post Graduation in  Microbiology  from Dr.B.A.M University.He worked as Head of Microbiology &Biotechnology Departments Government Institute of Science in Aurangabad.His main expertise lies in studying Enrichment and isolation of thermophilic bacteria.He is the Member of Ad-hoc board of Forensic Science, Mumbai University and Nagpur
