  In recent years, many governments have focused on the development of innovative ways to improve the delivery of public services. There have been several international conferences and forums by world leaders seeking to improve the state of their countries’ public administration. Mauritius is no exception. An improvement of governance and public service delivery will make significant contributions towards the achievement of Millennium Development Goals. This paper analyses the measures Mauritius can adopt to promote institutional innovation, inclusiveness, and transformation which shall enhance public service delivery.
