Biography
He is a Senior Officer for Medical and Ethical Standards..He was also a research director for aCalifornia environmental health surveillance system..  Coordinated the development and implementation of a statewide strategic plan for a California environmental health surveillance system.Involved in targeted public health intervention programs intended to address occupational health risks. Specific responsibilities include administering informed consent protocols.He done his Ph.D in the University of California,Berkeley.    
Research Interest
He has been involved in the planning, development and operation of research organizations. My experience spans the domains of the biological sciences, public- and environmental-health. Skills range from health, science and technology assessment to policy development, communication and advocacy.
