Biography

Dr. Ahmed A. Ahmed is a Scientist of Leptospirosis at KIT Biomedical Research, Netherlands. He received his B.Sc. in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Khartoum and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dr. Ahmed has served on review panels and has reviewed for many journals. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

Research Interest

Dr. Ahmed's research interests include development and validation of molecular diagnostics and molecular typing techniques and diagnostic and leptospires typing tools to epidemiology and pathogenesis and provides courses and tailor-made training
