Douglas A Troutman

Biography

Dr. Troutman graduated from Colgate University in New York in 2003 and received his D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. He completed his Vascular Surgery fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2014. Dr. Troutman is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. He won the prestigious New York Vascular Fellow’s Abstract Comptetition and has presented at many regional and national academic meetings.
