Biography

Pharmacist and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1999), PhD from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo (2005) and Post-doctoral from the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing (2006) ). He is currently associate professor 2 of the Federal University of Sergipe (disciplines of Pharmaceutical Care, Pharmaceutical Care and Hospital Pharmacy), Advisor in the Postgraduate Program (Master and Doctorate) in Health Sciences and Postgraduate Program (Master's and Doctorate) In Pharmaceutical Sciences of UFS, Leader of the Group of Education and Research in Social Pharmacy, Coordinator of the Laboratory of Education and Research in Social Pharmacy / UFS, member of the Brazilian Network of Pharmaceutical Assistance; Head of the Unit of Management of the Graduate Activities of the University Hospital of UFS / EBSERH and Delegate in Brazil of the Organization of Ibero-Latin American Pharmacists. Ministered more than 150 lectures and courses in Brazil and abroad. He has experience in the area of ​​Pharmaceutical Care, working mainly in the following subjects: Social Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical-patient Communication, Pharmaceutical Attention, Medication Errors, Gerontology.
