Dr. Devanand K. Gojiya is currently affiliated to Junagadh Agricultural University Junagadh, India., continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Drying and Storage Technology of Fruits and Vegetable . Dr. Devanand K. Gojiya is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Food Processing & Technology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Drying and Storage Technology of Fruits and Vegetable and also worked on Enzyme Production Technology during their Under Graduation and Post-Graduation Study.
