Biography

Chung-Dann Kan received the M.D. degree from Kaohsiung Medical College, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2010.,He completed the Residency and Fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery at National Cheng Kung University Hospital, Tainan City, Taiwan. He is currently an Attending Physician with the Department of Surgery, National Cheng Kung University Hospital, and Institute of Clinical and Cardiovascular Research Center, Medical College, Tainan, Taiwan. He has been a Professor with the Department of Surgery, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, since 2019. His research interests include cardiac regeneration and aortic stent graft.
