She is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Plant Science and Biotechnology, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria where she is undergoing her Ph. D. She has published 6 papers and 4 are presently been reviewed for publication in reputable journals. She is involved in the following activities: Teaching, Identification of Fungi for Undergraduate Researchers and Practicals Coordination. She is also a Member of the following committees in the department: Exams and Records, Laboratory liaison and Student Advisory.
