Biography

Assistant Professor in Laboratory of Technology and Strength of Materials, Dept of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics, University of Patras. Member of Executive Committee of Greek Department of Concrete. Member of Central Delegation of Technical Chamber of Greece. Chairman of Technical Chamber of Greece Dept. of Western Greece and Employed of Seismic Scenarios of Patras (2004-2007). Membership of ICOMOS. Member of Pan-Hellenic Society of Civil Engineers. Research interests: Materials Science and Technology with emphasis on Building Materials. The research domain is associated with the mechanical properties of corroded Steel bars and Historical Reinforced Concrete (R/C) structures.

Research Interest

Participation in more than 15 European and National Projects. Author of about 80 scientific publications in Journals and Conferences Proceedings.
