Biography
 Andrea Mahn awarded  Ph.D. Doctor of Engineering Sciences M / Chemistry University of Chile, Chile. he has extended his valuable service in field of food science for years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  
Research Interest
 Main area of research :  Basic Biotechnology  Key aspects of the processes of separation and purification of proteins by hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). Theories and development of methodologies for estimating the hydrophobicity of proteins. Nutritional biomarker discovery.  Applied Biotechnology  HIC optimization for use in proteomics. Development of methodologies for nutritional diagnosis. Development and optimization of processes for obtaining type nutraceutical foods
