Biography
Graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Sergipe (1985), Master in Tropical Medicine from the University of Brasília (1990) and Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases from the Federal University of São Paulo (2001). She is currently part of the editorial board of Gazeta Médica da Bahia, Revista Panamericana de Infectologia and associate professor of DIP at the Department of Medicine of the Federal University of Sergipe. Has experience in Medicine, with emphasis on Infectious and Parasitic Diseases, acting on the following subjects: Clinical Immunology Schistosomiasis, Leptospirosis, Visceral Leishmaniasis, Tuberculosis and D. Chagas
