Biography

Abolfazl Abdollahi (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, and the M.Sc. degree in GIS and remote sensing from the Kharazmi University of Tehran, Iran. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Centre for Advanced Modelling and Geospatial Information Systems (CAMGIS), University of Technology Sydney (UTS). His research interests include application of advance machine learning approaches and deep learning-based networks for remote sensing image classification, image segmentation, feature extraction, and GIS maps database updating
