Biography
Prof. Bernard Janse van Rensburg is a Specialist at Helen Joseph Hospital, Associate Professor Department of Psychiatry, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. he completed his medical training in 1983 (MBChB, University of the Free State). Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (WITS, 1987), Diploma in Public Health (University of Pretoria, 1988), FC Psych (Colleges of Medicine SA, 1996), MMed Psychiatry (University of Stellenbosch, 1997), PhD (WITS, 2010).
Research Interest
Mental health care systems development; spirituality and psychiatry.
