Dr. Charles A. Fleischer works as psychiatrist in University of Cape town, South Africa, He completed his medical education in Kansas City Univ Of Medicine Bioscience College Of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. His field of interest is Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychiatry.
