Abdulbari Bener was borned in 05 August 1954 at Siirt – Turkey, he completed his B.Sc degree in Ankara University, Faculty of Education, Department of Management Planning and Investigation. From 4 October 1971- 15 July 1975. PhD Degree : Medical Statistics (Biometry) and Genetics. University College London at the University of London. From 4 October 1976 to 6 September 1979.
