This article presents a novel prosthodontic approach to restore de maxillary edentulous arch. The treatment proposal consists on a full-arch implat-supported restoration with a segmented design, where the different fixed partial dentures will biomechanicaly behave as a splinted prosthesis, when connected by means of spark erosion tecnology. This design benefits from the advantages of both, screw-retained and cemented restorations that will be reviewed in the text.
