The article describes the approaches, involving the usage of medical information systems as a tool for clinical and biological studies. The example describes the technology and technique to automate the medical and clinical studies, conducted to define the factors, impacting the level of inflammatory response marker?C-reactive protein level for the patients with ischemic heart disease. The toolset includes the artificial neural network to analyze the overall situation based on the analysis of various parameters and their interdependencies.
