Description

Flavonoids are naturally occurring plant-derived polyphenols that have been studied for their beneficial effects on human health. They have been found to possess antioxidant, antiinflammatory, and anticancer properties. In recent years, research has focused on the potential role of flavonoids in protecting cell membranes from damage. It has revealed that flavonoids also play a role in protecting the membrane surfaces of cells from damage due to environmental influences.

Flavonoids are a type of polyphenolic compound found in a wide variety of plants and vegetables. They are responsible for the bright yellow, orange, and red colors of many fruits and vegetables, and are known for their antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties. In addition, flavonoids have been found to have a protective effect against certain types of cancer, as well as aiding in the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Flavonoids are a group of compounds found in a wide variety of plants, including fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and grains.
