This article discusses the impending role of pharmacovigilance in the context of precision medicine, highlighting the need for robust surveillance systems, data integration, and collaboration to ensure the safe and effective use of precision therapies.

Precision medicine aims to provide treatments that are significance to an individual's unique characteristics, allowing for more effective and personalized medical interventions. This approach requires a deep understanding of the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying diseases, as well as the ability to match patients with the most suitable therapies.
