Abbadullah .H Saleh completed his PhD in Computer Engineering, Gazi University- Ankara- Turkey. M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from KARABÜK University with more than nine years of experience in the IT field. Has experience in Experience in Esri software's (ArcGis _ ArcMap_ArcCatalog) IT, Technichal support including Computer Network Management and windows Server, Proficient in Microsoft Ofice products, Internet facilities. Participated in the International Conference on The Sixth International Conference on Smart City Applications (SCA 2021) with a paper entitled: A dynamic circular Hough transform based iris segmentation, (Novel Approach) in 2022.
